The Challenge
KAZO needed to translate its premium in-store luxury experience to a digital format without the performance bottlenecks of traditional platforms. The goal was to eliminate checkout friction and site latency.
The Solution
Developed a custom headless storefront on Shopify Plus using Next.js for atomic speed. Optimized the UI for high-impact visual storytelling and implemented a streamlined, one-page checkout flow.
